1 cup of water
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon salt

1-1/2 cups chocolate frosting

1 can (16 ounces) vanilla frosting, divided

12 cupcakes, removed from paper liners

Cream Cheese Jewel Tart
Crust
1 Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crust (from 15-oz box), softened as directed on box

Filling
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon orange-flavored liqueur or orange juice
4 cups assorted fresh whole berries (such as small strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and/or blackberries)
1/3 cup red currant jelly, melted


Jalapeño-Chicken Crescent Pinwheels
4 oz. cream cheese (from 8-oz. pkg.), softened
1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 to 3 tablespoons finely chopped sliced jalapeño chiles (from 12-oz. jar)
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions (2 medium)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 (8-oz.) can Pillsbury® Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
